Abstract:
The article emphasizes significance of institutional risks, specifically those connected with drawing intellectual products into economic turnover, in the general risk system. In accordance with characteristic features of institutions revised by the author a treatment of institutional risks and research methodology of their developments in the system of relationships of subjects (agents) on drawing intellectual products of scientific and science-technological sphere into economic turnover is presented.
