Innovative system organization according to the challenging of global economy

Abstract:

The article gives a brief overview of the issue of research innovation. It was noted that that there are many interpretations of the concept of innovation in the economic Russian and foreign literature and in the concept of «innovation» researchers put different meanings: innovation as a change, as a result, as a process. The aim of this study — to prove the existence of different levels of national innovation systems: from global to regional. Also a hierarchical typology of innovation systems was done, the definition of a global innovation system, forming under the influence of  the increasing internationalization of research and innovation activities in the world, was clarified.
