Abstract:
This paper presents the results of the modern research concerning firms’ innovation activity. Based on the comparative analysis of some research, the authors outline the firms’ innovation activity indicators that have been studied the most. We propose the original system for innovation development factors, which includes following groups: the internal factors of the firms, institutional factors, human capital indicators, factors connected agglomeration effects, government support indicators and another country- and regional-level factors.
