Abstract:
Various methods of improving the quality of public authorities discussed in the article on the basis of application of modern methods of quality management. The content of standards to facilitate the implementation of quality management systems in state and municipal authorities. We give a new quality management principles tailored to the specifics of the public authorities. Various models of self-esteem, including a model of self-government bodies, as well as the model of rating estimation of activity of state power bodies of foreign countries studied by the author. Based on the analysis of the data, a model of rating agencies of the state executive authorities of the Russian Federation.
