Human capital and labor potential of the organization’s personal

Abstract:

The article deals with theoretical aspects of human capital and labor potential of the organization’s personnel, the problems of management of innovative activity and improving of the utilization of the labor potential of the organizations’ personnel. As a practical solution to the problem of innovation activity it is proposed the authors’ system «Innovation», which stimulates innovation activity of personnel. The authors show the efficiency of its use as an example of «Uralelectromed» enterprising.
