Abstract:
The article considers a complex methodological and methodical problems that arise in constructing the System of territorial accounts Russia and abroad. Substantiates the author’s position on a theoretical rationale of architecture the System of territorial accounts at the regional and municipal levels of administration. The basic elements and relationships, the main principles and limitations laid down in the methodology of construction a System of territorial accounts are identified.
