Explication, taxonomy, and institutional transformation of labor opportunism in the system of social and labor relations of enterprise

Abstract:

Many problems of labor management in the modern enterprises are accompanied by such phenomenon as labor opportunism. The research shows, that essential medium for labor opportunism is built by social and labor relations of enterprise. This basis allows to realize explication of labor opportunism forms content and taxonomy, that improved methods for institutionalization of constructive social and labor relations models in the enterprise.
