Abstract:
The article covers economic research of the public authority responsibility. The research demonstrates the interconnection between the public authority responsibility and possessions of the public in the historical development; it finds out the duplex-effect of retrospective and prospective public authority responsibility forms and describes external way of their reproduction in the public; inclusive the main principles of public authority agents’ responsibility.
