Abstract:
Article is devoted to a question of definition of a dominating factor of a consumer demand in the market of individual housing construction. The main attention is concentrated to the multiple-factor nature of a consumer demand for objects of individual housing construction and need of identification of a factor having the greatest value, for use of this knowledge, in the course of further development of the market. According to the author of article, one of a fundamental factor of a consumer demand in this market, is the earth or the land plot on which there is a construction object. Justification of this fact is specific properties of the earth as that, and also properties which arise at the land plot in the course of its active use by the person.
