Creating the enterpise’s competitive strategy: problems and paradoxes

Abstract:

A theme of problems and paradoxes as well as of their impact on the choice of partial strategies and a complex competitive strategy of enterprise’s development is studied. Systemization of key paradoxes of strategic management is given. The results of the study could be used for designing the competitive strategy formation mechanisms as well as for the operation management.
