Abstract:
The article is devoted to theoretical and methodological aspects of choice of the way innovation development of Russian regions. There are discovered problems and contradictions of innovative development of regions of the Russian Federation, revealed major institutional barriers to innovative transformation of Russian society. A methodological approach to the justification of contours generated regional innovative systems, taking into account the type of production and technological territory and its desired transformations in perspective is drafted. Изложен авторский взгляд на проблему выбора приоритетов инновационной стратегии региона и предложена методология оценки приоритетности формирования в регионе элементов инновационной системы, ориентированных на повышение конкурентоспособности производств различного уровня технологичности. It is given the author’s view on the problem of choosing priorities innovative strategy in the region and proposed a methodology for assessing the priority of forming elements of the innovative system in the region, aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of industries of different levels of technology.
