Antitrust law as factor of counteraction to competition development

Abstract:

In article stimulating influence of application of the existing Russian antitrust law locates in modern conditions on growth of economic concentration. This growth, in turn, involves degradation of the competitive environment and intensifies application of the Law on protection of the competition that creates positive feedback between these processes. The given estimates of tendencies of change of economic concentration in the Russian economy and practice of application of the antitrust law don’t contradict analyzed dependence. For elimination of negative influence of the antitrust law on growth of economic concentration change of structure of the legislation, methodical providing and conditions of its application are offered.
