About the strategy of neo-industrial economy’s structural changes

Abstract:

The need of Russian economy’s structural changes is defined by increasing technological gap between Russia and the leading countries. Its overcoming means neo-industrialiazation as a fastening set-up of modern technological stage, its institutional, resources, financial, labor providing, and the government’s strategy of their development forming. The “structural maneuver” must become the strategic direction of neo-industrialiazation. That is an expansion of the sixth technological stage, with intensive usage of the mineral resources of Russian economy and import-substituting of high-tech products. The forming of high-technological vertically-integrated holdings in Russia plays the leading role in that.
