Abstract:
In article techniques of an assessment of consequences used in economic practice for certain regions of Russia’s accession to the World Trade Organization are analysed. Their pluses and minuses, possibility of use for correction of social and economic policy of these or those territories are defined. The fragmentariness of researches conducted earlier is proved. Modern regional initiatives in respect of development of a technique and an assessment of consequences of accession of Russia are brought to the WTO. With use of experience of regions author’s research on adjustment of parameters of the program of development of separate municipalities of the Altai territory in connection with joining of Russia to the WTO is presented.
