Abstract:
The institutional analysis of the conditions capable of supporting the implementation of the concept of innovative breakthrough was conducted in the article. It was highlighted risks and contradictions in using of this concept. It was suggested possible areas, that are able to minimize transaction costs arising from the innovative breakthrough.
