Social responsibility of economic entities in the condition of new industrialization

Abstract:

In this article authors opens new industrialization as a new stage of evolutionary development of public and production consciousness when the person is perceived as the valuable resource having the big importance, than natural resources or the saved-up wealth. Therefore a research objective is definition of a new way of ensuring successful transition to new type of industrial development of the state, using socially responsible instruments of economic practice of economic subjects. In work evolution of social responsibility of economic entities which main stages became is presented: a «economic» stage — a stage of «formation of corporate social responsibility» — a stage of «comprehensive participation of economic entities in activity of civil society». As now higher education institutions are «engines» of regional development and their activity is focused on satisfaction of requirement of society in general and certain citizens in particular, authors pay special attention to the Russian model of social responsibility of higher education institution and its improvement for acceleration of transition to new type of industrialization. Thus at first the analysis of foreign models of social responsibility of higher education institutions is offered, and then on its basis theoretical approach to formation of innovatively focused social and responsible model of the Russian universities is formulated. The final part of article is made by an assessment of the working model of social responsibility of national higher education institutions and the main directions of its improvement for acceleration of transition to new type of industrialization of civil society.
