System Interaction of Biospheric and Technogenic Process in Socio-Eco-Economic System

Abstract:

The article deals with the issues of economic theory related to the process of the humanity’s life support by removing and transforming the real energy potential of the biosphere into a product that satisfies the material need of mankind. At present, the permissible threshold of this withdrawal has been exceeded, which leads humanity to catastrophic consequences. The authors consider the existing ecological and economic theories of the system interaction of natural and artificial technogenic processes, the account of which will make it possible, in accordance with objective natural possibilities, to ensure safe vital activity. The main methodological principle of using these objective opportunities at the level of the local socio-eco-economic system is the main focus of the study. The considered theoretical approaches allow us to form a management model for the socio-eco-economic system that includes: analysis of the hierarchical interaction of biospheric and local technogenic processes taking into account the parameters of the natural potential of the territories, as well as the organization of monitoring of artificial, natural and energy flows.
