Abstract:
In Russia, as in other countries, there is an objective necessity in the implementation of indicative planning as a mechanism for promoting public and private economic interests, ensuring sustainable economic growth and improving the living standards of citizens. The article deals with the development of indicative planning in France, which is a country with significant experience in the implementation of this form of planning. At the same time, the French experience of solving socio-economic problems within the framework of indicative planning, which have analogies with the challenges facing the Russian economy, is highlighted. In addition, the experience of France shows that, in the current context of globalization, any country should carry out indicative planning in order to preserve its economic and political independence. It is particularly relevant in the context of the preservation and strengthening of the sanctions pressure. The article proposes to use the French experience in solving the problems of development of new high-tech sectors in the economy, the necessity of transition from import substitution to increase the export potential of Russian products, in the structural transformation of the Russian economy on the basis of reindustrialization, modernization, innovative development, as well as in creating a favorable environment for effective economic activity, including for small businesses.
