Abstract:
In article positions of the theory of an economic order and possibility of their application for sphere of interbudgetary relations reveal. Experience of Germany on replacement of old model of «cooperative federalism» by model of «competitive federalism» is resulted. Possibility of application of positions of the theory of an economic order for the organization of interbudgetary relations in the Russian Federation is proved.
