Assessment of nature protection actions at insufficient information

Abstract:

The modern techniques applied at an estimation of nature-conservative measures, usually use great volume of the initial information. The author suggests counting only those damages, which can be proved, with reasonably limited set of indicators because big amount of demanded data is missing. The results of the calculation of the health damage of the population area from activity NGDU of «Buzulukneft» are shown in this article. The set example of a practical estimation of nature protection actions shows that the damage size has appeared big enough however, without numerous direct and indirect costs.
