Abstract:
Theoretical and methodological bases of formation of strategic targets of region are generalised. Principles and the basic concepts of formation of these purposes are established. The principle of division of the purposes on two groups is allocated: established by the international organisations (economic growth) and defined by experts (competitiveness of region). In article problems of modelling of the purposes of economic growth of region are formulated. Dynamic models of definition of different parametres of economic growth are used. The technique of an estimation of possibility of achievement of the aims laid down in strategy is developed: to reduce rupture in a standard of living of the Kaliningrad area and Germany for 25 years. Calculations of necessary rates of a gain of a total regional product for conditions of steady and unstable growth are executed.
