Abstract:
The article deals the Polterovich — Henkin’s evolution equation, which so far not found the adequate meaningful interpretation in the literature. Is discussing the effects of the «technological singularity» and «technological hole», as well as the theory of Polterovich and Tonis about switching from the technology import regime to its creation. The author shows, how the technological trap theory describes microeconomic mechanism of technological diffusion. The author estimates the technological frontier, near which there is a change the innovative import strategy to its creation.
