Abstract:
The article describes the assessment of the state of the Russian economy from the standpoint of classical reproduction approach. The basic idea is that over the past two decades, the Russian economy went through a big transformation Cycle (BTC). The impact of negative factors BTC does not allow to deploy modeornizatsionny potential inherent in the phase of recovery. It is proposed that the reform, the essence of which is to provide an open-ended investment tenders for the privatized firms with the transfer of the winners of these competitions, ie Innovation motivated actors.
