Abstract:
The article reviews the methodology and the main theoretical principles of the neoclassical areas of economic theory and classical political economy on the dialectical stage of its development. The political economy has apparatus, capable to display the economy as an organic whole, all parts of which are connected by a single law of development. It allows to fill the gap caused by the loss of the mainstream of a significant part of the real economy. The most important aspect of the method of political economy is the dialectical process of transformation of forms. This process reveals the development of the economy. The mechanism of transmutation economic forms is essential for understanding the evolution of the modern economy, including the innovation process.
