Abstract:
The regional social and psychological potential structure is opened in this article. Components of potential are the regional social and psychological environment and health of the population. In the article the methodical approach to assessment regional social and psychological potential is presented. The main idea of this approach consists in integrated assessment of regional potential both integrally and from the point of view of its separate components. A result of social and psychological potential integrated index calculation of subjects of the Russian Federation for 2011 is described. The analysis of a condition of potential and its components is carried out, the rating of territorial subjects of the Russian Federation on an index is presented, leaders and s outsiders on level of social and psychological potential are revealed.
