Strategic prioritets for providing competitive advantages to the Ural federal district

Abstract:

To identify and clarify the strategic priorities of forming competitive advantages of the region through the development of mechanisms and models of territorial planning and placement of Ural Federal District infrastructure in this paper shows the possibility of the tools and applications of the theory of flow as an example study tracing railway Tavda-Tobolsk and infrastructure of the Kurgan region.
