Abstract:
The author identifies the reasons of insufficient innovative activity of Russian companies. It is noted that the absence of effective methods of commercialization of scientific discoveries and technological innovations is a brake on the development of innovative processes. A matching management decisions logic on several levels: legal, economic and organizational should play an important role in solving this problem.
