Competitive cooperation and integration maturity territories

Abstract:

The article is devoted to the analysis of formation of competitive cooperation territories in a modern economic environment. The relevance of the topic is determined significant changes of the phenomenon of competition, contents and forms of competitive struggle in the world economy at the turn of XX–XXI centuries. Designing competitive cooperation of territories revealed through mandatory accounting of such fundamental properties of cooperation as its gradual growth, the requirement of mutual efforts, the voluntary restriction of economic interests, etc. The formation of integration maturity territories considered as a necessary basis for the development of partnerships of regions and cities in a competitive economy. Maturity’s integration acts as a specific intangible asset of territories, without him implementation of projects real competitive cooperation of territories cannot be. Objective the article — the need and possibilities of cooperation of territories in the conditions of increasing competition for different resources and assets justify and show. Potential risks and contradictions of formation of competitive cooperation in the regions and municipalities of Russia clarify. A scientific approach to the design of competitive cooperation of territories in the modern economy was proposed. Directions of creation of favorable conditions for the formation of partnerships between regions and cities in a competitive economy were promising. The author’s interpretation of the integration maturity territories formulated with the allocation of humanitarian components influencing the inclusion of this or that territorial communities in collaborative processes. Competitive cooperation can and must be the basis for the formation of strategic advantage, a platform for reduce vulnerability and increase resilience of territories in a competitive economic environment.
