The economic theory of industrial systems: from past to present

Abstract:

The views of scientists on the necessity and degree of the state`s influence on the economic system changed quite strongly from the policy of laissez-faire to the need of the administrative-command management system. The views of economic schools on the need for the implementation of industrial policy and possible measures will be analyzed in the paper, as well as the existing plans for industrialization in the Soviet Union at the beginning of the XX century will be investigated.
