Abstract:
The article presents the results of the scientific review of the foreign and national studies based on the theoretical concept of «business ecosystems». The authors allocate the directions of contemporary Russian studies, which expand the application scope of the ecosystem approach, consider the spatial hierarchy of ecosystems, and pay special attention to the individual elements in the structure of ecosystems. The authors’ position on the relationship between the concepts «innovation» and «entrepreneurial» ecosystem is presented as well as the emphasizing of «political» elements in the entrepreneurial ecosystem structure.
