Abstract:

The article presents the results of the study on improving efficiency in the development and implementation of strategies at the regional and municipal levels. On the basis of the comparative analysis of the points of view of national scientists, the author identified three main levels, which influence global trends. They increase the independence of regions. The author developed the mechanism of interaction between the authorities and target audiences of municipal districts based on the principle of feedback.
