Abstract:
The relevance of this article is caused by the fact that in modern conditions of managing it is harder and harder to Russian industrial enterprises to keep positions of steady functioning and to provide competitive coexistence. Therefore development of administrative approach to formation and deduction of the competitive status of the enterprise as which basic studied element serves the solvency of a system of management became the purpose of this article. For this purpose the author specified a basic definition that act as its indicative indicators compatibility, stability and social-eсological-economic effectiveness of management decisions reached provided that the functional model of management of the enterprise has balance of the purposes, functions and results. Besides, the author developed and approved the technique of estimation of level of solvency of a system of management using the Pareto principle at justification of threshold estimated values and allowing on the example of one of the leading defense enterprises of the Ural region including, to identify influence of required level of solvency on competitiveness of the organization. The results received by the author demonstrate that the solvency of a system of management serves as a factor of competitiveness of the enterprise, only, if management decisions have triple balance.
