Abstract:

The aim of the study is to solve the problems of balanced environmental management, an interconnected study of the ways to involve natural resources in human economic activities simultaneously with measures to protect and restore the natural environment, especially in the regions where highly developed complexes. These complexes are associated with mining, processing and metallurgical extraction. We use a system analysis method, the essence of which is that balanced environmental management is considered as a holistic system consisting of interconnected elements. The focus is on the study of the relationships between individual processes for disturbing and restoring the natural environment, damage and the time of factors effect. We have used a standards method: biological and chemical standards, etc. A balanced environmental management model is proposed, which is based on indicators of rational and irrational nature management according to indicators of pollution, restoration and use of natural resources. The ecological, economic impacts and social influence are evaluated in the developed model. The essence of the balance is to ensure quantitative conformities between resources and needs, activities and expected results. For specific areas, you can determine a condition of the study area, related information about pollution and destruction of the environment, impose appropriate sanctions on environmental pollutants.
