Abstract:
In article the theoretical model of interbudgetary relations in the region, based on positions of the theory of an economic order and the theory of sustainable social and economic development of territory is proved. It has allowed to formulate methodological principles of perfection of the interbudgetary relations, allowing to define the size of fund of interbudgetary transfers in region, and also forms and an order of realization of the given relations.
